Mrs Markham's flat is having a make over and the designer has created many cutting edge features. Three couples, thinking that the flat will be unoccupied, plan to avail themselves of the facilities. They all arrive at the same time to find the flat still occupied. In the ensuing chaos mistaken identities and deliberate disguises lead to mayhem.
