Synopsis

Sam Henderson has unwisely agreed to carry a doll from Amsterdam for Lisa, a girl he met in Amsterdam. He did not know it was filled with drugs, and now it has disappeared. Three petty crooks, Mike, Croker and Roat are anxious to lay their hands on it and work out an elaborate scheme to do so. Susy, Sam's wife, is blind and as the three have lured Sam away, it should be easy, especially as Susy's only help is a 12 year old girl who lives upstairs and is not too reliable... The crooks tell the blind woman a frightening story about her husband's supposed affair with Lisa but she becomes suspicious, using her ears to make up for what her eyes cannot tell her. In a terrifying climax, she makes use of the fact that in the dark, the blind see better than the sighted.
