Usually, 3 or 4 people including the director and one person from committee (unless the director is on the committee).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select dates for first and second set of auditions with committee collaboration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Casting dates are at the discretion of the director but allow plenty of time in case there are any casting difficulties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with committee on this to ensure Regent Parade is available and avoid clashes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If RP is not available, liaise with <a href=\"mailto:hdsplayers@gmail.com?subject=Rehearsal%20Dates\"><strong>committee<\/strong><\/a> for alternative dates or venue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask a committee member or website manager to add the dates to the calendar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inform a member of committee so dates can be sent to the membership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inform the website manager&nbsp;so audition dates can be added to the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decide upon a style of audition (rehearsed audition piece\/workshop\/open\/closed).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare the necessary audition pieces.
