- The funds and income of the Society shall be applied solely to its stated objects;
- No member of the Society shall receive payment either directly or indirectly for his or her services for other than legitimate expenses incurred in its work;
- In the event of dissolution any balance of cash remaining in hand after the realisation of assets and payment of debts shall not be distributed among the members of the Society, but shall be applied for such charitable purposes similar to those of the Society, or be paid, distributed or transferred to such charitable institutions or institution having objects similar to the objects of the Society as the Executive Committee, with the consent of the Special General Meeting called for the purpose of considering such dissolution shall determine;
- No person shall be authorised to contract debts or shall contract debts or otherwise incur financial responsibility for or on behalf of the Society except in pursuance of the directions of the Executive Committee or sub-committee appointed thereby and within limits decided upon by such Executive Committee
The Executive Committee are to be considered the Charity Trustees of the Society within the meaning set out by the Charity Commission. Section 72 of the Charities Act 1993 refers.
